If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Policy:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused jewelry in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return is processed.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@orrejewelry.com and we’ll gladly assist with the process.

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 14 days of delivery.
